Product Tracker/Data Management System
Provides a simple to use PC based modular data management system for receiving, scheduling, processing and measuring results for releasing product that conforms to customer specifications. The Product Tracker program uses a security controlled master process specification database that holds all product specific process and measurement requirements used to control the processing of the product. It is designed to interface with your current operating platforms and software. Applications for this product:
- Medical Sterilization – Both E-Beam and Gamma applications
- Coating and painting applications
- Packaging line applications
- Quality Control processes
Dosimeter Tracking System
Tracks dosimeters through the sterilization process with simplifies and automates dose measurements by integrating spectrophotometer readings with calibration curves and records all required ISO 11137 and EN 552 records in a SQL database for customer quality assurance. This is one of the modules of the Product Tracker/Data Management System, but can be used as a stand-alone dosimeter measurement device in your process.
Gamma Radiation Scheduling System
This module provides a scheduling process using dose reading for each product carrier based on position in the irradiator and timer settings. Continuous monitoring of product process is used to build history and validate product process parameters.
