Process Control Systems

• Installed updates to BeamOne (formally Titan Scan) E-Beam Sterilization operations in three plant locations.  Application features include MMI's (man-machine-interface) to operate equipment and HMI's (human-machine-interface) to monitor and track the process.  Updates consisted of product and dosimeter tracking through the process. Data collection for quality control reporting and customer validate. Remote access to system for PLC/Servo/Factory Control System service support.
• Provided L3 Pulse Sciences Division (formally Titan PSD) with updated Servers and software for E-Beam operations in the United States and the UK.
• Member of L3 Pulse Sciences Division (formally Titan PSD) start-up team responsible for PLC and Computer controls for an E-Beam and X-Ray sterilization installation in Saudi Arabia.
• Worked with GEX Corporation to complete a Dosimetry project for BD that integrated GEX's WINdose software with a LAN database.
• Assisted TeraStat Inc. with the controls, installation and validation of a Dosimetry Tracking System at the BD Columbus plant.

IT Network Systems

• Networked the three BeamOne E-Beam Sterilization operations located in California, Colorado and Ohio with voice and data connectivity.
• Networked BeamOne Corporate offices with voice and data connectivity to the plant operations.
